01 General Provisions

03 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Your account username and password must be kept strictly confidential.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳10,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15).
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus wagering or may count at a reduced rate — this will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period.
• If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be considered void.

General Bonus Policy

• A bonus is applicable once only; multiple accounts or family members using the same device may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• 3333tk reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

3333tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Order from a court or government authority.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

User Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 (twelve) months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. The account holder will be notified in advance by email in such cases.
